sip server relays Invite Message but rewrite key information

1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:
Brekeke SIP Server
server-ver 3.6.3.0/454

2. Java version:
no

3. OS type and the version:
win 10

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
SIP phone


5. Your problem:

UA1 and UA2 register OK in SIP server, UA2 wants to forward all the call to UA3.

when UA2 receives new incoming call from UA1,
UA2 send "SIP 302 Moved Temporarily" to UA1,
UA1 wants to send "SIP Invite"(contact header includes the phone number of UA3) to UA3,
but when this "Invite" message arrives Brekeke server, the server relays the Invite to UA2, but not to UA3.

I want to get that, whether there is any setting to change this "relay" behaviour in Brekeke server, or there is any other version to modify this behaviour.

If you want to get the real packet in my environment, i can send it to you.

What SIP UA client product are you using?
Does the second INVITE sent to UA3 have a different Call-ID from the original INVITE sent to UA2?

When second INVITE sent to UA3 has different Call-ID from the original INVITE, the Brekeke server can relay the second INVITE to UA3 sucessfully.
