restrict outgoing calls

How can I restrict outgoing calls from one or more extensions?
I currently use codes as a prefix but are easily usurped by other users when browsing the call history

I recommend to use "Class".

For example, if you set "Class 1" at the matching patterns for outbound call in ARS, the only users who has "Class 1" can make outgoing call.

Also you can change user's class at [extensions]>select extension >[Settings]>[Call settings]>Class.
