Syntax for SRV SIP DNS Record

1. Brekeke Product Name and version:

Brekeke SIP Server , Version 2.4.7.3 Evaluation

Can someone give me the basic syntax for creating an SRV record for the public IP address I am currently using. I want to take this and hand it to our DNS person.
