Calls in active state

1. Brekeke Product Name and version:2.4.4.8 Advanced

2. Java version: ver 6 update 18

3. OS type and the version: Windows 2003 server

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: asterisk, mvts

6. Your Problem:
We are getting a high volume of calls stuck in Accepted State.
What does Active state mean?
How do we prevent this?
