Are you using Sun's 32bit Java?

If not, such an error will happen.
VLADEMERE
There doesnt apear to be a 32 bit install for win2k

Thanks for your reply
Harold
It seems you are using Windows Server 2000..

Use the latest Windows Update including Service Pack in your OS.
VLADEMERE
Thanks Harold. However i have every update windows can offer.
The strange thing is I can run the SIP Server no problem. Its just the PBX server that has isues
Harold
Try another Windows instead of Windows 2000.

I suppose Brekeke PBX requires a DLL file which Windows 2000 doesn't have.
