Is there a way through rules to dial from an unregistered extension an another unregistered extension? I basically need the proxy to pass a call from my IP-PBX to the IP Gateway I'm using.

you can use dial plan to forward call to gateway
like:
matching patterns
$request = ^INVITE
$addr = pbxIP
To = sip:(.+)@

deploy patterns
$auth = false
To = sip:%1@gatewayIP
