ITSP incoming calls not working

1. Brekeke Product Name and version: Brekeke PBX

2. Java version: last version

3. OS type and the version: Windows XP Professional SP3

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Linksys IP phone, X-Lite softphone

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/ ... terns.html : 8

6. Your problem:

i have registered an Inphonex account to Brekeke PBX, the outgoing calls is working but incoming calls don`t.

All calls must incoming to extension 1001. When there is an incoming call from the sip provider, extension 1001 do not ring.

The status in "active Sessions" of SIP server is Provisioning and Inviting. The phone is showing in screen "calling" all the time.

i am using a Linksys SPA941.

either Linksys or x-lite show "calling" in the screen, the destination number, it est 1001 extension never rings. After a few seconds the call drops. In x-lite screen shows "the user is temporarily unavailable".

viceversa, if i make a call from extension 1001 and another, the call goes well.

in "active sessions" menu of Brekeke Sip server when i am making a call, it shows in "status" the following: Provisioning, Inviting.

if capturing packets of the incoming calls from Inphonex, is the calling number in the INVITE the same as that in the Inphonex ars pattern-IN/matching patterns?

better to check the checkbox of "Apply to Request URI instead of To" in the Inphonex ARS pattern-IN/matching patterns.

201.219.60.6 is the Global IP address

If you donot use INVITE authentication in your SIP Server side, you donot need any dialplan, even the one for register, because ARS did the same thing.

if you enabled INVITE authentication on you SIP Server side, the dialplan will route the call from Inphonex to pbx without checking username and password, but it should be
