Adore softphone problem

i had a problem with Adore softphone "http://www.adoresoftphone.com/"
Adore softphone can register on PC and can't register on another PC with same sip account info , can u help ?

Check the firewall settings.

Is there any router or NAT between the SIP Server and the softphone??

Are the network and settings of the pcs the exactly same when you registered softphone from them.
