Connection: IP Phone -->Quintum Gateway (Brekeke in same network) --->Internet --> Quintum Gateway Receiving error code 400

Are you using Brekeke PBX ?

No only Brekeke SIP.

Can you see any error message in SIP Server's log page?
Can you try another client (such as softphone) ?
