Brekeke Software, Inc., is Introducing Call Recording feature for SIP IP-PBX Solution
SAN MATEO, Calif., January 11, 2005 -- Brekeke Software, Inc., an emerging leader in voice and data communications technology, today announced the launch of the new Call Recording feature for its SIP IP-PBX software, OnDO PBX.
Various Recording Options
OnDO PBX offers flexible Call Recording options. With Call Recording, users can preconfigure initiated calls to be recorded or not, and can start or stop recording in the middle of conversations using a keypad command. All the options for Call Recording can be configured on a user-by-user basis through the OnDO PBX GUI interface.
Flexible Playback Options
Organizing recorded files is easy. Through the user-friendly interface, you can play, save, download, or delete your recorded files without any hassle.
Use Call Recording Feature with Any Phone
Like all Brekeke products, OnDO PBX Call Recording is compatible with most phone types, including telephones without special feature buttons, allowing anyone to use Call Recording features, or any other PBX features, from any phone.
Using other PBX Features to expand the usage of Call Recording
OnDO PBX comes with all the essential PBX features, and users can link the new Call Recording feature with existing PBX features through simple configuration settings. For example, announcing the recording session to customers is required in certain cases. With OnDO PBX's Auto-Attendant features, you can create an announcement message that notifies your customers of the recordings.
